Mountain Girnar has three hills mainly. The first hill occupied with the temple of Maa Ambey.This is one of the 52 Shakti peethas . It is believed that the stomach of the Devi had fallen here. The Great Rann of Kutch is a salt marsh in the thar desert in the Kutch district . It is about 7500 km2 (2900 sq miles) in area and is reputed to be one of the largest salt desert in the world. This area has been inhabited by the Ktchi people. At night, an unexplained strange dancing light phenomenon known locally as Chir Batti (ghost lights) occurs in the Rann, the adjoining Banni grassland, and the seasonal wetlands. The Government of Gujarat hosts an annual 3 month long festival during winter called the Rann Utsav where tourists can see the various sights of the Rann. It is believed that The somnath jyotirling is the first amongst the 12 jyotirlingas. It has a strategic location on the western coast of India. 9. Rani ki Vav, Patan

Rani ki vav is considered as the finest and one of the largest example of the stepwell architecture in Gujarat. The vav consists colonnades and walls which lead down to deep circular well. It is classified as a Nanda-type stepwell.

The niches in the side walls are ornamented with extremely beautiful and delicate figures.There is also a small gate below the last step of the step well, with a 30-kilometre tunnel, currently blocked by stones and mud, which leads to the town of Sidhpur near Patan.
